Zipplee text message program: terms and conditions
Text reminders from your employer’s HR team, sent through Zipplee by Custom Ai Apps LLC.
What the messages are
Employers use Zipplee to send their own employees short reminders about work: open enrollment and benefit deadlines, a link to their benefits, schedule and shift changes, time-off decisions, and approvals waiting for them. Every message starts with the employer’s name. We never send marketing or promotional messages, and we never send messages on behalf of anyone other than your employer.
How you agree to receive them
You opt in yourself, inside your employer’s Zipplee employee hub. On the Benefits tab you press Text me reminders, confirm your mobile number, tick a box that reads the words below, and then type the 6-digit code we text to that number to confirm it is yours:
“I agree to receive text messages from [Employer] through Zipplee about my benefits, schedule and HR tasks. Message frequency varies, usually no more than 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment.”
The screens themselves, as an employee sees them: How employees opt in.
Until you do this, no text messages are sent to you; your employer can still reach you by email or in the hub. Your consent is recorded with the date, time and the words you agreed to.
Example messages
- “Acme Co: Open enrollment is open. Two minutes shows what each plan would cost you next year: https://app.zipplee.io/acme?view=benefits Reply STOP to opt out.”
